Preparing For Your Class
💧 Hydration: Essential to Feeling Invigorated!
Pre-ViGO: Drink 500lm-1L of water before arriving. Except for approximately 1L of sweat loss—Detox requires prep!
During ViGO: We provide a free hydration station. Please bring your own reusable bottle to continue your hydration journey. If you forget we have cups.
Post-ViGO: Consume 1L of water within the hour following your class to maximize Muscular Repair and Immune Reset.

Parking: Free 2hr parking in the back parking lot - lots of space!
Towels: ViGO provides two complimentary small sauna towels. We recommend bringing your own large towel or robe for comfort pre/post-class.
Bathing Suit: Required. We are a communal space; no nude sauna experience.
Showers: We utilize a quick rinse-off cold shower between rounds to complete the ViGO Cycle.
Change Rooms: Set up for simply changing in and out of your suit.
Footwear: Barefoot is welcome! Feel free to bring poolside flip-flops if preferred.
